Welcome to w4rn. By using this website and app (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What the Service is
w4rn is a research and education tool that estimates market risk for crypto assets — calibrated drawdown and volatility-regime forecasts, the macro backdrop behind them, and a plain-language Learn layer. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, it does not tell you what to buy or sell, and it does not predict prices. Markets are uncertain; the forecasts are probabilities, not promises.
2. No financial advice & your responsibility
Nothing here is a recommendation or a solicitation to trade. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Crypto is volatile and you can lose money. Always do your own research and consider professional advice for your situation.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password (and two-factor codes) secure and for activity under your account. Provide a valid email so we can reach you about security and your account. Don't share, resell, or abuse access.
4. Pro subscription & payment
Pro is an annual subscription — a one-year pass priced in USD and paid in crypto (USDC). It does not auto-renew: it simply lapses a year after purchase unless you choose to renew, so you're never charged by surprise. Prices may change for future purchases. See our Refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service, and don't use it for anything unlawful. Pro API access is subject to fair-use rate limits.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate will be accurate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, w4rn is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
